Bina Chaurasia

Bina Chaurasia is a seasoned business operations and human resources executive with deep experience leading global organizations through periods of growth and transformation.

Currently serving on the board of directors of BJ's Restaurants and Tanium, Bina previously held the role of Tanium's chief administrative and operating officer where she led the company's business operations to support long-term, scalable growth across human resources, strategy, global enablement, legal, IT, and real estate.

Prior to Tanium, Bina was senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Ericsson, where she led the company's global human resources function and the integrated people strategy behind its business transformation. She has also held senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, Gap Inc., Sun Microsystems, and PepsiCo/Yum!.

Bina holds a master's degree in management and human resources from Ohio State University.
